Cinnamon oatmeal with peanut butter drizzle and honey

This is a super easy breakfast/snack/post-workout meal!

It’s best to eat carbs early in the day or before/after a workout so that they get burned up.

Weight out 40g oats and cover with water. Cook on a low-med heat, stirring in a heaped teaspoon of cinnamon when it’s nearly ready.

To top, I use raspberries and a high quality bee honey. Honey is a great alternative to processed sugars. I use Forever Bee Honey which you can get here.

I then use PB FIT peanut butter powder to make the drizzle. This stuff is AMAZING and if you don’t already have it in your life you need it! You can buy it from Amazon here.

Just 3g into a small bowl and add a teeny amount of water. Keep adding water till you get the right consistency. Drizzle on top. Voila!

The whole dish comes in at just under 200 calories.
