In my private coaching programme The Sisu System, I incorporate what I consider to be the 10 essential elements to launching and maintaining a successful business.
Why are the essential?
Because from my own business experience and from working with clients, these elements work seamlessly together to maximise your success. Let me share the first 5 elements with you and explain them in more detail.
#1: Creating a clear life & business vision with measurable goals set in place.
If you don’t have a clear roadmap of where you want to be then you’re either going to struggle, go around in circles or just never start in the first place. When I work with clients, I have a holistic approach meaning that I know that your business will impact your life and your life will impact your business, so we set clear life and business goals that are measurable. This means you know when you hit them…sounds simple but it’s something a lot of women fail to do.
#2: A clear and workable business plan and strategy for achieving your goals and the business you desire.
Once your goals are in place and you are clear on your vision then a business plan and strategy are required so you know exactly how to get where you’re going. Business isn’t about throwing mud at the walls and hoping something will stick, it’s about having a precise trajectory.
#3: Re-wiring your brain to remove the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.
If there’s one thing I have learnt in my entrepreneurial journey it’s that women don’t get the result they want because of something that is happening at a level much deeper than we can be conscious of. A lack of knowledge is not your problem. There is a ton of content and ‘how to’ out there, so if it was that easy we would all be super successful female versions of Richard Branson. The problem is that our underlying belief systems keep us in our comfort zones and create invisible walls that we live behind. That is why I always take clients through a powerful process that starts the process of removing deep-seated limiting beliefs that you might not even be aware of.
#4: A stand-out brand message that will get you noticed and be true to you.
We want to get clear on your brand message because it’s an essential part of a successful business, especially in this day and age. Your customers and consumers want to know what you stand for, why you’re different and why they should even spend their money with you.
#5: Visibility through showing up as your best self, and excellent and passion-driven content.
That dreaded word for so many aspiring female entrepreneurs…visibility. You mean I have to actually put myself out there? Oh shit. Once you do that…things get very real. Visibility is essential for obvious reasons but also for not so obvious reasons…mainly, the woman you’ll become by pushing past this fear that is such a stumbling block for so many.
In my opinion it’s about time we started to be more honest and open about what it really takes to build and maintain a successful business.
I’m here to help aspiring female entrepreneurs launch their businesses with less fear, less confusion and with more understanding about what it’s really going to take.
Keep an eye out for my next blog post where I’ll be talking about elements 6-10.
